DofE requires commitment and encouragement from home. Participants complete Volunteering, Physical, Skills, and an Expedition section (plus Residential at Gold).
Safeguarding & care
- Leaders operate under the safeguarding policies of Dundonald Elim Centre.
- All leaders are Access NI checked and activities are appropriately supervised.
- Personal data is handled securely and shared only where necessary.
